The Politics of Fear III
President Obama from this morning's radio address, ""Rarely in history has our country faced economic problems as devastating as this crisis. Now is the time for those of us in Washington to live up to our responsibilities."
I can now no longer let my children watch any television for fear they might hear the President's now-constant message of doom and gloom.
Addendum:
In the post immediately below, in the comments section, I made note of a ridiculous quote by President Obama yesterday denigrating corporate profits. Here is the complete quote as reported by the Los Angeles Times:
"There will be time for them (corporations) to make profits, and there will be time for them to make bonuses, now is not that time."
The quote speaks for itself. The quote tells us all we need to know about a closet socialist and anti-capitalist.
I now have to go re-read my Ayn Rand and find some great passages to post here citing the "Looters".
