I've read quite a bit about black historian (good grief, he's no expert on race relations as the liberal extremists keep describing him) Henry Louis Gates' recent arrest. I think today's Wall Street Journal column by Shelby Steele, a research fellow at Stanford University and prolific writer on race relations, is one of the best.
