Cell Phones and Operating a Motor Vehicle
I think if people want to be able to talk on a cell phone while driving that they should be qualified.
I think if people want to legally operate a motor vehicle while talking on a cell phone, they should pass their driving test while talking on a cell phone and get a Class Cell Phone driver's license.

Nothing more annoying than driving behind someone talking on a handheld cell. It is illegal in my state and police are able to pull over violators, but since the law has been passed I have seen no changes in people's behavior. For many reasons, I do think the cell phone is an invention with some of the most far reaching and devastating effects on society.
